GetValue Consulting is a trading name of Four Brothers Tech, a company registered in England and Wales. We are a small consultancy working with local service businesses in the United States.

For data protection purposes Four Brothers Tech is the data controller for information you send through this site. Write to us at the address above or email hello@getvalue.consulting about anything in this document.
Only what you type into a form. There is no hidden collection, no tracking pixel, and no third-party advertising script anywhere on this site.

Under UK GDPR we rely on Article 6(1)(b) — taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. You asked for an audit or a call; the data is used to deliver exactly that. We do not use it for marketing lists, we do not add you to a newsletter, and we do not sell or share it with anyone for their own purposes.
The audit itself analyses publicly available information about your business — your search rankings, your Google Business Profile, your public reviews, your website's load speed. No account access or credentials are ever requested.
Three companies process data on our behalf. Each one is used for a single, narrow purpose:

All three are US-based, so your data is transferred outside the UK. Those transfers rely on the providers' standard contractual clauses and equivalent safeguards under their data processing terms. If you would rather your details were not stored with a US provider, email us instead of using the form and say so — we'll handle your enquiry by email alone and delete it when we're done.
Nobody else sees your enquiry. There is no sales team, no CRM shared with partners, and no lead-selling. If we ever bring in a specialist on a build, we'll ask you first.
Ask us to delete your data sooner and we will, unless we're legally required to keep it.

Email hello@getvalue.consulting. There's no form to fill in and no charge. We'll respond within one month, which is the legal maximum, and usually a great deal faster — your data lives in one place and it takes minutes to check.
The Revenue Leak Audit is free and carries no obligation. You are not required to take a call, provide a card, or buy anything. The report is yours to keep, share, or act on however you like — including handing it to another agency.
The audit is an informed opinion based on public data at a point in time. Search rankings, review counts and AI answers change daily. We don't guarantee any particular ranking, traffic level, call volume or revenue outcome, and you should treat anyone who does with suspicion.
Figures in the report are estimates, modelled from published benchmarks and observed rankings. They are there to help you prioritise, not to be relied on as a forecast or as financial advice.
Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud — the law doesn't allow that, and we wouldn't want to. Otherwise, liability for any claim arising from the work is limited to the fees you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim. For a free audit, that figure is nil, which is the honest consequence of it costing nothing.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.

If it concerns how your data has been handled and you're not satisfied with our response, you have the right to complain to the UK's data protection regulator, the Information Commissioner's Office, at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or on 0303 123 1113. You don't need our permission and it costs nothing.
